At BHASHI DIGITAL CONSULTING, all products sold under our brand Impactful Solopreneur are digital in nature — including ebooks, templates, checklists, and other downloadable resources.
Therefore, no physical shipping is required or applicable.

2. Delivery Process

• Once your payment is successfully completed via Razorpay, your product will be delivered instantly.

• You will receive an email confirmation containing download links for the purchased ebook and bonuses within 5–10 minutes of your order.

• In some cases, emails might take slightly longer due to server delays or payment gateway processing.

3. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If you do not receive your purchase within 1 hour of payment:

• Check your spam/junk folder.

• Verify that you entered the correct email address during checkout.

• If you still haven’t received it, contact us immediately at bhashidigitalconsulting@gmail.com, and we’ll resend the access link manually within 24 hours.

4. Physical Products (If Any in Future)

Currently, we do not sell or ship physical products.
If we introduce any physical items in the future, shipping timelines will be clearly mentioned on the product page (typically 1–3 days for dispatch and 5–7 days for delivery within India).
