Based on Brian Tracy's goal-setting method. Answer fast β your gut knows the truth. Your brain will try to edit it. Don't let it.
Rule 1: Write the very first thing that comes to mind. No editing.
Rule 2: Write fast. Speed bypasses your fear filters.
Rule 3: There are no wrong answers. Honesty only.
Read these back slowly. Notice what surprised you. That surprise is your truth.
Look at Q5 and Q7 especially. What keeps showing up? Write your ONE goal β the one that scares and excites you at the same time.
Q3 (6 months to live) shows your true priorities β not the ones you perform for others. If your answer changed everything, that's the signal.
Q4 (Instant millionaire) removes the money excuse. Whatever you wrote β you already believe in it. Money was just the shield.
Q5 (Afraid to attempt) is often your real goal wearing a fear costume. The bigger the fear, the bigger the desire underneath it.
Q7 (Can't fail) is the truest answer of all. No fear filter. No excuse filter. Pure you. Build your life around that answer.
